Ordering Process

To place an order, click the "Book It" button on the product page. This will direct you to our official Facebook or Instagram page, where our sales representatives will assist you in completing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Same-Day Delivery (Tbilisi): 8 GEL (Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM).

  • Next-Day Delivery (Tbilisi): 6 GEL (Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM).

  • Nationwide Shipping (Georgia): 10 GEL (Delivery time: 2–3 business days).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, strictly if the item has a manufacturing defect or a defect upon arrival.
